Preparation of jeans
Jeans is a kind of trousers that are made from Denim. Denim is the raw materials for preparing jeans. There are some alternative procedure exist for the preparation of jeans. Most of the garments and fashion house follow some predefined production cycle for making jeans. This is not quite easy to prepare jeans with all the specification and quality. It needs some market research before starting the production. You have to design jeans in such a way that it can be used by most of the people. Generally fashion designers start the design with a plain sheet of paper which has durability. That means the paper used for designing purpose must have the quality to remain unchanged with the time. After preparing the pattern, specification, and all the other regular work, the design should be forwarded to the factory with the sample clothe. If the design passed by the machine expert, it can be used to prepare jeans. Normally hundred to hundred fifty clothes piece were cut at a time using some extreme powerful machine according to the design and forwarded to the factory for final finishing.
